
The Reykjavík Grand Excursion will give you an introduction to Reykjavík’s past and present.
Travelling
on foot and by coach, you will visit some of the city’s most prominent
landmarks, including The Pearl with its revolving restaurant overlooking
the city, Hallgrímskirkja Church with its majestic spire and the
National Museum of Iceland. See the busy harbour with fishing boats
large and small, and take a stroll around the 101 Reykjavík
neighbourhood, the oldest district in the centre of town with many fine
old buildings.
The tour will also take you to see the
salmon-filled River Elliðaá and the beach at Nauthólsvík where swimmers
enjoy taking a dip, either in heated seawater pools or in the chilly
waters of the North Atlantic.

Pickup: From all major hotels and guesthouses in Reykjavík ca. 30 minutes prior to departure.
